Every order placed on Nafahaat Perfumes is prepared with boutique care. Each bottle is hand-inspected, padded in velvet-touch packaging, and dispatched through Pakistan's premier insured courier partners (TCS, Leopard, and Trax).

Transit Protection & Fragile Handling

All flacons are enveloped in shock-absorbent cushioning inside rigid gift boxes to prevent any breakage. You will receive an SMS and email with your consignment tracking number once dispatched. You can also track your parcel anytime on our Live Order Tracking Portal.

We want you to be completely captivated by your fragrance. If you are not satisfied with your selection or received a damaged item, we provide a 7-Day Hassle-Free Return & Exchange Window.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Product must be in its original packaging with safety seals intact.
• In case of a transit defect, notify us within 48 hours of courier delivery.
• Exchanges are processed for any fragrance of equal or higher value.
• Refunds for approved returns are issued via Bank Transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 3 business days.

At Nafahaat Perfumes, authenticity is our highest pledge. We strictly condemn counterfeit or diluted oils. Every bottle in our collection is 100% genuine and sourced directly from licensed distributors in Grasse (France), Dubai, and master perfumers.

To ensure complete peace of mind, we provide nationwide Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You do not need to make any advance payment when placing your order.

• Please keep the exact order amount ready for the courier rider upon delivery.
• An OTP or phone confirmation may be sent prior to dispatch to prevent fake or duplicate bookings.
• You may inspect the outer package seal before making the payment.
